新型智慧雨水回用系统的分析研究

Analysis and Research on New Intelligent Rainwater Reuse System

本文提供了一种新型智慧雨水回用系统,该系统包括冷却塔、冷却水管道系统、定流量阀、电动蝶阀及手动蝶阀、冷却水智能输送系统、雨水回用处理设备等。与现有技术相比,该系统对中央空调系统中少量冷却水进行回收利用,通过智能化控制系统,将一定量的冷却水收集至雨水收集池,经处理水质达标后供冲厕、景观、绿化及地面冲洗用水补水。此新型系统解决了非雨季时雨水回用系统的水源问题,同时可加快冷却水系统管路中循环水的置换率,提高冷却水系统水质及制冷系统的效率,并探讨了利用冷却塔排水作为非传统水源的可行性,以达到降低能耗、节省运营成本的目的。

This paper provides a new intelligent rainwater reuse system,which includes cooling tower,cooling water pipeline system,constant flow valve,electric butterfly valve and manual butterfly valve,cooling water intelligent transmission system,rainwater reuse processing equipment,etc.Compared with the current technique,the system recycles a small amount of cooling water in the central air conditioning system.Through the intelligent control system,a certain amount of cooling water is collected into the rainwater collection pool.After processing,water quality reaches the standard,it is used for toilet flushing,landscape,greening and ground rinsing water supplement.This new system solves the water source problem of rainwater reuse system in non-rainy season,accelerates the replacement rate of circulating water in cooling water system pipeline,improves the water quality of cooling water system and the efficiency of refrigeration system,and discusses the feasibility of using cooling tower drainage as non-traditional water source,so as to reduce energy consumption and save operation cost.
