摘要
喷淋式前处理棚体为了节约空间,会尽量做得紧凑一点,为了防止前处理在工作时水汽外溢到棚体外,研究其风幕的设计尤为重要。建立前处理棚体三维模型,利用计算流体动力学软件Fluent,对前处理棚体在有无风幕条件下的流场进行仿真,并根据不同尺寸风幕对前处理水汽外溢效果的仿真,得到不同条件下流场分布情况,以达到研究效果。结果表明,在紧凑结构下的喷淋式前处理棚体进出口中上部设计风幕单元能有效防止水汽外溢。
In order to save space,the spray pretreatment shed will be produced as compact as possible.In order to prevent the water vapor from spilling out of the shed during the work of the pretreatment,it is particularly important to study the design of air curtain.The three-dimensional model of the pretreatment shed is established,and the flow field of the pretreatment shed under the condition with or without air curtain is simulated by using the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent.The flow field distribution under different conditions is obtained through the simulation of the pretreatment water vapor spillage effect by air curtains at different sizes,so as to achieve the research effect.The results show that the air curtain unit designed in the middle and upper part of the inlet and outlet of the sprayed pretreatment shed under the compact structure can effectively prevent water vapor spillage.
