In recent years,with the continuous development of the science and technology era,the construction of farmland water conservancy has developed new water-saving irrigation technology.The effective application of this new technology can reduce the water resource consumption of farmland irrigation,rationally allocate water resources,and greatly improve the irrigation effect of agriculture.Based on the above content,this paper will effectively analyze the rationality and function of the new water-saving irrigation technology in the construction of farmland water conservancy,provide help for the development of Chinese agricultural production and effectively improve the effectiveness of farmland water conservancy construction projects.
