摘要
工匠精神是高职教育培育技术人才的要求,课程思政是人才培育方式的创新手段。分析了工匠精神的内涵和特征,明晰了课程思政的含义。当前高职教育在课程思政实践和工匠精神培育中存在现实问题,摆脱困境需要审视两者在教育实践中的内在关联,将高职课程思政的实践目标定位为塑造工匠精神。在此基础上,高职课程思政找到了三条培育工匠精神的创新措施与策略:确立“德技并修”融合目标、构建“显隐结合”培育平台、推进“同向同行”实践结合,最终实现技术与人文、知识与价值、教书与育人的融通。
The spirit of craftsman is the requirement of higher vocational education to cultivate technical talents,and ideological and political education in curriculum teaching is an innovative means of talent cultivation mode.The study defines the connotation and characteristics of the spirit of craftsman,and clarifies the meaning of the ideological and political education in curriculum teaching.At present,there are practical problems in the practice of ideological and political education in curriculum teaching and the cultivation of the spirit of craftsman.To get rid of the dilemma,it is necessary to examine the internal connection between the two in the educational practice,and position the practical objective of ideological and political education in curriculum teaching in higher vocational colleges as shaping the spirit of craftsman.On this basis,three innovative measures and strategies are found to cultivate the spirit of craftsman in ideological and political education in curriculum teaching in higher vocational colleges:establishing the integration goal of“combining morality and technology”,building a cultivation platform of“combining explicit and implicit”,promoting the practice combination of“sharing the same direction”,and finally realizing the integration of technology and humanities,knowledge and value,teaching and education.
