巴瑞替尼治疗斑秃的疗效和安全性分析

Analysis of efficacy and safety of baricitinib in the treatment of alopecia areata

目的探究巴瑞替尼治疗斑秃患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法58例斑秃患者,依据随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,各29例。参照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在参照组基础上采用巴瑞替尼治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于参照组的72.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组物质生活、躯体功能、社会职能、心理功能评分分别为(92.74±2.18)、(92.64±2.53)、(91.67±2.18)、(91.65±2.53)分,均高于参照组的(82.64±2.57)、(86.21±3.03)、(85.67±2.57)、(82.67±2.03)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斑秃患者采用巴瑞替尼治疗的临床疗效确切,且安全性较高,对患者生活质量具有良好的改善作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of baricitinib in the treatment of alopecia areata.Methods A total of 58 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 29 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with baricitinib on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than 72.41%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical life,somatic function,social function,and psychological function in the observation group were(92.74±2.18),(92.64±2.53),(91.67±2.18),and(91.65±2.53)points,which were higher than(82.64±2.57),(86.21±3.03),(85.67±2.57),and(82.67±2.03)points in the reference group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baricitinib is effective and safe in the treatment of alopecia areata.It can improve the quality of life of of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
