益气养阴汤对甲状腺癌术后患者临床疗效的影响

Influence of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the clinical efficacy of patients after thyroid cancer surgery

目的探究甲状腺癌术后患者采取益气养阴汤治疗的临床疗效。方法80例甲状腺癌术后患者为研究对象,依据奇偶分配原则分为对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组术后采用左甲状腺素钠片常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用益气养阴汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分及免疫功能水平。结果治疗后,两组神疲乏力、心悸、口燥咽干中医症候积分均低于本组治疗前,且实验组神疲乏力、心悸、口燥咽干中医症候积分分别为(1.02±0.43)、(1.12±0.23)、(1.13±0.42)分,均低于对照组的(1.59±0.25)、(1.76±0.42)、(1.67±0.32)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组CD4^(+)(42.29±3.25)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.42±0.23)高于对照组的(36.15±3.13)%、(1.15±0.16),CD8^(+)(28.23±1.27)%低于对照组的(30.16±1.29)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌术后患者采用益气养阴汤治疗,能改善临床症状,调节免疫功能,利于促进患者康复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on patients after thyroid cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients after thyroid cancer surgery were studied and divided into control group and experimental group based on the principle of odd-even distribution,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets after surgery,while the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and immune function levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of fatigue,palpitation,and dry mouth and throat in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of fatigue,palpitation,and dry mouth and throat of the experimental group were(1.02±0.43),(1.12±0.23)and(1.13±0.42)points,which were lower than(1.59±0.25),(1.76±0.42)and(1.67±0.32)points of the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had CD4^(+)of(42.29±3.25)% and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of(1.42±0.23),which were higher than(36.15±3.13)% and(1.15±0.16)in the control group;CD8^(+) in the experimental group was(28.23±1.27)%,which was lower than(30.16±1.29)% in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of patients after thyroid cancer surgery can improve their clinical symptoms,regulate immune function,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
