微波康复理疗对骨关节损伤患者临床效果及关节功能的影响

Clinical effect of microwave rehabilitation physiotherapy on patients with osteoarticular injury and its influence on joint function

目的分析微波康复理疗对骨关节损伤患者的临床效果及关节功能的影响。方法80例骨关节损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组40例。对照组患者予以常规干预,研究组患者予以微波康复理疗干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效,干预前后关节功能指标(腕关节掌曲、肩关节屈曲、肘关节活动度)、疼痛度、生活质量评分。结果干预后,研究组患者的总有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的腕关节掌曲活动度(46.36±2.93)°、肩关节屈曲活动度(89.12±5.39)°、肘关节活动度(86.12±5.12)°均大于对照组的(36.25±3.29)、(76.32±6.32)、(80.21±4.63)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.56±0.37)分低于对照组的(2.78±0.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的生理职能评分(86.36±4.29)分、精力评分(85.36±5.24)分、躯体疼痛评分(85.19±5.37)分、社会功能评分(86.34±5.35)分均高于对照组的(72.13±5.36)、(71.39±5.37)、(73.62±4.93)、(74.12±5.34)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨关节损伤患者应用微波康复理疗干预,能有效改善患者的关节功能指标,缓解疼痛度,提高患者的生活质量,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microwave rehabilitation physiotherapy on patients with osteoarticular injury and its influence on joint function.Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoarthritic injuries were divided into a control group and a research group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional intervention,and patients in the research group received microwave rehabilitation physiotherapy.The clinical effect,joint function indexes(wrist metacarpal flexion,shoulder flexion,elbow joint range of motion),pain level and quality of life score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total effective rate 95.00%in the research group was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the wrist metacarpal flexion,shoulder flexion,elbow joint range of motion of the research group were(46.36±2.93),(89.12±5.39),(86.12±5.12)°,which were higher than(36.25±3.29),(76.32±6.32),(80.21±4.63)°of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS score(1.56±0.37)points in the research group was lower than(2.78±0.35)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the physiological function score(86.36±4.29)points,energy score(85.36±5.24)points,bodily pain score(85.19±5.37)points,and social function score(86.34±5.35)points in the research group were higher than(72.13±5.36),(71.39±5.37),(73.62±4.93),and(74.12±5.34)points in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave rehabilitation physiotherapy for patients with osteoarticular injury can effectively improve the joint function index of patients,relieve the pain level and improve the quality of life of patients,which contains certain clinical application value.
