摘要 伴随20世纪20年代末焊接技术的诞生,现代意义的输油管道建设开始萌芽,随着二战期间及战后国际社会发展对能源需求的不断高涨,管道工程迅猛发展。本文以中国油气管道发展历程为切入点,总结了中国油气管道在规划建设以及管理运营等方面的现状和发展水平,分析阐述了当今社会长输油气管道发展面临的问题,并给出意见和建议。期望中国油气管道的发展在中国特色社会主义国情的背景下,以国家管网公司的成立为契机和抓手,积极整合利用全球多方的优势经验,吸纳引进成熟的行业管理模式,最后依托“互联网+”和高新技术的快速发展,打造稳固的国家能源管道网络,成为世界一流管道强国。 With the appearance of welding technology in the late 1920s, the construction of modern oil pipeline began to sprout and develop. With the increasing demand for energy by the international society during and after World War Ⅱ, the pipeline project developed rapidly. This paper takes the development history of international and Chinese oil and gas pipelines as the entry point, takes the development history of Chinese pipelines as the main content, summarizes the current situation and development level of China’s oil and gas pipelines in the aspects of planning, construction, management and operation, and analyzes and expounds the problems faced by the development of pipelines in today’s society, and gives opinions and suggestions. The establishment of the State Pipeline Network Corporation represents the deep management reform of China’s oil and gas pipelines.We expect the development of China’s oil and gas pipelines under the background of the national conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and actively integrate and take advantage of the global multilateral experience, and introduce and absorb mature industry management pattern, finally depend on the " Internet+" and the rapid development of high and new technology to build solid state energy pipeline network, to become a world-class pipeline powerful nation.
