开封市健康人群面神经分支复合肌肉动作电位波幅分布范围研究

Distribution ranges of wave amplitudes of compound muscle action potential of facial nerve branches in healthy people in Kaifeng City

目的应用神经电生理技术检测正常受试者面神经分支的复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP),统计其波幅分布范围,以获得健康人群的正常面神经分支的CMAP波幅参考值。方法选取2021年1月至2022年5月期间在开封市中心医院体检的427例健康受试者,在面神经各分支支配肌用表面电极分别记录各面肌的CMAP,分别对面神经各分支的CMAP波幅进行统计学分析,得出各年龄段的CMAP波幅。并根据年龄分组进行二元线性模型趋势拟合,绘出数据详尽的散点图。结果不同年龄组健康受试者的额肌、眼轮匝肌、鼻肌、口轮匝肌及颏肌的CMAP波幅范围均具有不同程度的波动性,呈正态分布特征。不同年龄梯度各面肌CMAP分布与全年龄段固定波幅相差较大。同时观察到健康受试者各面肌CMAP波幅随着年龄增长均呈下降趋势,其中额肌、眼轮匝肌及颏肌的CMAP波幅随着年龄增长下降趋势明显,而鼻肌及口轮匝肌的CMAP波幅随着年龄增长下降趋势相对略缓。结论通过本研究可获得健康人群各年龄组面神经分支的CMAP波幅结果,旨在为同行提供参考。

Objective To explore normal values of wave amplitude of compound muscle action potential(CMAP)of normal facial nerve branches in healthy people using electrophysiological techniques.Methods A total of 427 healthy subjects who were examined in Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected.Surface electrodes were applied to record CMAP of each branch of muscles innervated by the facial nerves.CMAP wave amplitude of each branch of the facial nerves was statistically analyzed to get CMAP wave amplitude in different age groups.According to the age groups,the binary linear model was carried out to fit the trend CAMP wave amplitude and a detailed scatter plot of the data was drawn.Results CMAP wave amplitude ranges were fluctuated in different extent in frontal muscle,orbicularis oculi muscle,nasal muscle,orbicularis oris muscle and mentails muscle of healthy subjects in different age groups,showing a normal distribution.The distribution of CMAP in different facial muscles at different age gradients was significantly different from the fixed wave amplitude of the whole ages.Simultaneously,it was observed that CMAP wave amplitude of each facial muscle of healthy subjects showed a downward trend with age,in which the CMAP wave amplitude of frontal muscle,orbicularis oculi muscle and mentails muscle were significantly decreased with age,while CMAP wave amplitude of nasal muscle and orbicularis oris muscle were slightly decreased with age.Conclusion Normal CMAP wave amplitude values obtained in this study may provide references for healthy people at different age groups.
