北京某三甲医院死亡患者器官捐献及相关问题探讨

Discussion on Organ Donation and Related Issues of Deceased Patients in a Tertiary Hospital in Beijing

目的 对我院潜在器官捐献和实际器官捐献情况进行回顾性分析,探讨推动器官捐献策略。方法 分析2009年1月1日至2019年12月31日我院住院死亡患者病历,筛选死亡患者中的潜在器官捐献者和实际器官捐献者,分析死亡原因。结果 264名潜在器官捐献者中,实际器官捐献患者15例。器官捐献者中13例(86.7%)为脑死亡患者,2例(13.3%)为循环系统疾病死亡患者。结论 我院潜在捐献者与实际捐献者比例较低,应加强医务人员器官捐献伦理和政策方面的培训,加强对患者器官移植意义的宣传,解决器官捐献问题。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the potential organ donation and actual organ donation in our hospital, and to explore the promotion strategy of organ donation. Methods The medical records of hospitalized patients who died from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2019 were analyzed. Potential organ donors and actual organ donors of the deceased patients were screened, and the causes of death were analyzed. Results Among the 264 potential organ donors, 15 were actually organ donors. Among the organ donors, 13(86.7%)were brain dead patients and 2(13.3%)were patients who died of circulatory diseases. Conclusion The ratio of potential donors to actual donors in our hospital is low, and we should strengthen the training of medical personnel on organ donation ethics and policies, strengthen the publicity of the significance of organ transplantation for patients, and solve the problem of organ donation.
