Discussion on the Construction of Professional Ethos and Related Issues in a Tertiary Public Hospital

医院行风建设是构建和谐医患关系的重要保障,本研究通过文献查询、问卷调查、现场检查等方法,收集了近年来医院行风存在的问题,并对其成因进行了系统分析,提出了改进医院行风建设的思路与建议,为公立医院形成常态化行风建设工作机制,推动公立医院行风综合监管能力提升提供了参考。

The construction of hospital professional ethos is an important guarantee for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This study collected the problems existing in hospital professional ethos in recent years by means of literature inquiry,questionnaire survey and on-site inspection,and made a systematic analysis of their causes,and put forward ideas and suggestions for improving the construction of hospital professional ethos,which provided a reference for public hospitals to form a working mechanism of normalized professional ethos construction and promote the comprehensive supervision ability of public hospitals.
