摘要
目的 以前列腺癌患者需求为导向制定标准化健康教育模式并在前列腺癌患者中进行应用。方法 通过文献检索和问卷调研方法结合专科特色确定前列腺癌患者需求导向的标准化健康教育模式,以2020年7月到2021年6月在南华大学附属第二医院泌尿外科住院的60例患者为研究对象,分别进行常规教育和需求导向的标准化健康教育并比较两种措施实施后两组前列腺癌患者在生活质量、焦虑情绪及护理满意度等方面的差异。结果 标准化健康教育组前列腺癌患者在干预后生活质量评分提高、焦虑评分降低、护理满意度增加,均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论以前列腺癌患者需求导向制定的标准化健康教育方案能提高前列腺癌患者的生活质量、减少焦虑情绪及改善护理满意度,值得临床借鉴和参考。
Objective To formulate a standardized health education model for prostate cancer patients and apply it in prostate cancer patients. Methods Through literature search and questionnaire survey methods combined with specialized characteristics, the demand-oriented standardized health education model of prostate cancer patients was determined. 60 patients hospitalized in the Department of Urological Surgery of the Second Hospital, University of South China from July 2020 to June 2021 were taken as the research objects to conduct routine education and demand-oriented standardized health education. The differences in quality of life, anxiety and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of prostate cancer patients after the implementation of the two measures were compared. Results The quality of life score, anxiety score and nursing satisfaction of prostate cancer patients in the standardized health education group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05). Conclusion The demand-oriented standardized health education model of prostate cancer patients can improve the quality of life, reduce anxiety of prostate cancer patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical reference.
