On the Driving Role of Women in Community Governance and Cultural Life

研究以中国特色社会主义新时代下,女性在社区治理与文化生活中的驱动作用为主要内容,通过论述女性在家庭建设、家风培育中的核心地位,以及女性在社区治理、社区服务和文化建设中的独特优势,意图指出女性驱动力是社区文化治理合力的重要来源,其力度效能不可估量。并以大同某集团管理下LY小区在社区治理和文化活动等方面的成就为例,证明了女性在营造有温度的社区文化中得天独厚的性别优势。建议政府有效发挥女性在社区治理与文化建设方面的潜在能量,提高女性社区工作者的待遇和对女性志愿者的社会认可。

Taking the driving role of women in community governance and cultural life in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the main research content, this paper intends to point out that women’s driving force is an important source of the resultant force of community cultural governance, and its effectiveness is incalculable by discussing the core position of women in family building and family style cultivation, as well as the unique advantages of women in community governance, community service and cultural construction. The achievements in community management and cultural activities of LY Community under the management of a group in Datong prove with specific examples that women have unique gender advantages in building a warm community culture. It is suggested that government should give full play to women’s potential in community governance and cultural construction, and improve the treatment of women community workers and the social recognition of women volunteers.
