进入新时代,美丽中国建设迈出重大步伐。辉煌成果的取得是理论、历史、实践三方面综合作用的结果。习近平生态文明思想围绕“建设生态文明国家”这一核心课题进行了“为什么”“是什么”“怎么样”的系统回答,是新时代解决生态环境问题的根本指导思想。现实是历史的延续,改革开放至十八大党领导人民进行的生态文明理念、法律与制度等方面的构建,为新时代美丽中国建设夯实了历史根基。十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央开创了一系列根本性工作,把生态文明提升到国家战略、加强生态文明建设顶层设计、强化党政领导生态主体责任、开展中央生态保护督察,这些开创性举措是美丽中国建设迈出重大步伐的根本政治保障。

Entering the new era, building a beautiful China have taken major steps. The brilliant achievement is the result of comprehensive action of theory, history and practice. Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization has systematically answered "why", "what" and "how" around core topic of "building an ecologically civilized country", which is fundamental guiding ideology for solving ecological and environmental problems in the new era. Reality is a continuation of history. From reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress CPC has led people in constructing ecological civilization concepts, laws and institutions, which consolidates historic roots for beautiful China construction. Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has created a series of fundamental tasks, elevating ecological civilization to national strategy, strengthening toplevel design of ecological civilization construction, intensifying responsibility of party and government leaders as main body of ecology, and carrying out central ecological protection inspections,which measures are fundamental political guarantee for major steps in construction of a beautiful China.
