加强高校辅导员育人案例资源库的建设,不仅是高校辅导员开展学生管理教育的重要载体,更是对我国高校传统教育方式进行改进和创新的必备手段,对现阶段的高校而言具有十分重要的现实意义。在当前的高校教育形势下,高校需要通过丰富的辅导员育人案例资源内容,构建起丰富多彩的高校案例资源库,并通过加强对辅导员育人案例资源库建设的宣传和推广工作、不断完善资源库建设当中的管理和评价机制等多种途径实现我国高校辅导员育人案例资源库的高水平建设。
