炼化企业镀锌空冷器采取AOLO化学清洗的研究与实践

摘要 某石化公司PX、二甲苯装置采取湿式镀锌空冷器做热交换工艺技术,装置开工300多天即发现镀锌空冷器表面结垢严重,运行500天,个别空冷器热交换效率仅为设计值的40%。为解决这一结垢和腐蚀问题,经过论证,采取螯合和络合技术(简称AOLO技术)对全厂150余台空冷器进行全面化学清洗。实践证明,清洗对空冷器已存在的镀锌层,没有造成清洗过程损伤,空冷器本体也未见腐蚀迹象,结垢物清洗洁净率达到95%以上,事实证明技术路线方法有效,值得推广。 In one of the petrochemical companies in China, it had adopted the wet galvanized air cooler as its heat exchanging technology. But after a 300-days operation, it was noticed that the surface scaling of the galvanized air cooler is seriously scaled. After another 500 days, certain heat exchanger decreased to only 40% of its original designing value. In order to solve the scaling and corrosion problem,the petrochemical company tried to take a thorough chemical scrubbing to all its 150 air coolers, with the help of AOLO technonlogy. After months of practice, AOLO technology didn’t cause any damage towards the existing galvanized coating of these air coolers, and the scale of coating could be erased by more than 95%. It can be highly recommended that AOLO is a effective way to solve scaling problem.
