我国天然气管道发生多次冰堵事故,严重影响管道安全运行。分析天然气管道冰堵形成机理及原因,介绍了我国天然气管道冰堵类型。分析西气东输二线、中缅管道、中亚管道等典型天然气管道冰堵案例,阐述了抑制剂、加热、伴热、调压、吹扫等措施的应用条件和实践经验。分别从天然气气质限制协商、管道投产干燥、管道运行控制等方面,提出天然气管道冰堵预防和解堵措施。

Many ice blocking accidents have occurred in natural gas pipelines in China, which seriously affect the safe operation of pipelines. The paper analyzes the formation mechanism and causes of ice blockage in natural gas pipeline, and introduces the types of ice blockage in natural gas pipeline in China. The paper analyzes the ice blocking cases of typical natural gas pipelines such as NO.2 west to east gas transmission line, China Myanmar pipeline and Central Asia pipeline, and expounds the application conditions and practical experience of inhibitors, heating, heat tracing, pressure regulation, purging and other measures. The ice blocking prevention and unblocking measures of natural gas pipeline are put forward from the aspects of natural gas quality restriction negotiation, pipeline commissioning and drying, pipeline operation control, etc.
