摘要 加氢裂化装置随着原料性质不断劣化、长周期运行等因素影响,腐蚀问题已成为制约设备完整性与可靠性管理的主要因素。通过对加氢裂化装置典型腐蚀机理分析,采用HAZOP的节点划分方法进行腐蚀回路划分,RBI风险评估及操作经验评估腐蚀风险,建立加氢裂化装置完整性操作窗口(IOW),可有效减缓和预防高风险腐蚀回路的腐蚀问题。 With the continuous deterioration of raw material properties and long-term operation of hydrocracking unit, corrosion has become the main factor restricting the integrity and reliability management of equipment. Through the analysis of typical corrosion mechanism of hydrocracking unit,the node division method of HAZOP is used to divide the corrosion circuit, RBI risk assessment and operation experience are used to assess the corrosion risk, and the integrity operation windows(Iow) of hydrocracking unit is established, which can effectively slow down and prevent the corrosion problem of high-risk corrosion circuit.
