摘要
针对某重型国六柴油机,采用进排气海拔模拟系统,开展不同海拔条件下柴油机外特性试验研究,系统分析不同海拔对其动力性和经济性的影响规律。结果表明:随着海拔升高,重型柴油机进气流量逐渐降低,相对于0米海拔,最高降低可达43%;动力性逐渐降低,在低转速和高转速区,功率、扭矩累计衰减24~42%,在中间转速区累计衰减在9~18%;经济性逐渐降低,燃油消耗率累计增加3~13%,且低转速燃料消耗率受海拔变化的影响更为明显。
For a heavy-duty National VI diesel engine,the intake and exhaust altitude simulation system was used to carry out experimental research on the external characteristics of the diesel engine at different altitudes,and the influence of different altitudes on the power and economy of the heavy-duty diesel engine was systematically analyzed.The results show that:the intake air flow of the heavy-duty diesel engine gradually decreases when the altitude increases,and the maximum decrease can reach 43%relative to the 0-meter altitude.When the power performance gradually decreases,the power and torque decrease cumulatively by 24-42%in the low-speed and high-speed regions.The cumulative attenuation is 9~18%in the middle speed area.When the economy gradually decreases,the fuel consumption rate increases by 3~13%,and the low speed fuel consumption rate is more obviously affected by the change of altitude.
