摘要
针对动力锂电池包拆解行业技术水平低,不能满足大产能、高效率、绿色化的高质量发展需求。以最小化工作站数、工作站间负荷波动为优化目标,建立锂电池拆解线优化数学模型,提出了一种改进的粒子群算法进行求解。最后,将该算法用于求解某退役动力锂电池包拆解线实例中,大大提高了锂电池的拆解效率,同时为决策者提供了锂电池拆解方案。
Aiming at the low technical level of the power lithium battery pack disassembly industry,it can not meet the high-quality development needs of large capacity,high efficiency and greening.In order to minimize the number of workstations and the load fluctuation between workstations,the optimization mathematical model of lithium battery disassembly line is established,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve it.Finally,the algorithm is used to solve an example of a retired power lithium battery pack disassembly line,which greatly improves the efficiency of lithium battery disassembly,and provides a lithium battery disassembly scheme for decision makers.
