连续管作业车冷却风扇降噪研究

摘要 本文采用大涡模拟仿真计算的方式,以石油装备作业车冷却风扇为研究对象,对添加几何chevrons结构的冷却扇进行的流场和声场的模拟,计算指定监测点声压级的大小,探究几何chevrons结构的降噪效果。研究表明,相同工况下,具有几何chevrons结构的冷却扇模型,声压级平均能降低6.55%(dB),但冷却效率也出现小幅下降情况。但相较于涵道结构,具有chevrons结构的冷却扇能以较小的冷却性能换取较好的降噪效果,同时chevrons结构也为气动噪声的控制提供了新的思路,可为冷却风扇降噪的设计和研究提供了一定的参考价值。 In this paper,the large eddy simulation method is used to simulate the flow field and sound field of the cooling fan added with geometric chevrons structure.The size of the sound pressure level at the designated monitoring point is calculated,and the noise reduction effect of geometric chevrons structure is explored.The research shows that under the same working conditions,the sound pressure level of the cooling fan model with geometric chevrons structure can be reduced by 6.55%(dB)on average,but the cooling efficiency also decreases slightly.But compared with the bypass structure,the cooling fan with chevrons structure can obtain better noise reduction effect with smaller cooling performance.At the same time,chevrons structure also provides a new idea for aerodynamic noise control,which can provide a certain reference value for the design and research of noise reduction of cooling fan.
