摘要
对现场生产线设备进行调试是完成项目时必不可少的一个过程,但在调试过程中因设计和实际有偏差,可能会产生误动作,甚至伤害机械及其技术人员。而为了解决自动化生产线调试过程中的这个问题,拟设计自动化生产线仿真平台。本文利用MCGS组态软件构建某自动化生产线装配单元模型,建立实时数据库,将装配单元各个运动构件与数据库建立联系,通过PLC程序控制各运动过程,完成运动过程模拟仿真。仿真结果表明,该平台工作过程稳定、显示效果较好,模拟动作过程准确,极大提高了在保证设备运行调试时的满足要求外,也解决了一些不确定性因素。
It is an indispensable process for the completion of the project to debug the equipment of the field production line.However,due to the deviation between the design and the practice in the debugging process,it may lead to the misoperation and even harm the machinery and its technicians.In order to solve this problem in the debugging process of automatic production line,a simulation platform of automatic production line is designed.In this paper,the MCGS configuration software is used to construct the assembly unit model of an automatic production line,establish a real-time database,connect each moving component of the assembly unit with the database,control each moving process through PLC program,and complete the simulation of the moving process.The simulation results show that the platform has stable working process,good display effect and accurate simulated action process,which greatly improves the requirements of the equipment operation and debugging,and also solves some uncertain factors.
