针对某汽油发动机活塞漏气量大的问题,从发动机系统级层面分析了该问题可能产生的原因并形成鱼骨图,以此为基础利用仿真分析和试验验证相结合的方法对可能原因进行逐一排查。最后通过优化活塞环1环、活塞环槽尺寸及气缸体结构,有效解决了发动机活塞漏气量大的问题。

Aiming at the problem of a large blowby of a gasoline engine,the possible causes of the problem were analyzed from the engine system level and a fishbone diagram was formed.Check the reasons one by one.Finally,by optimizing the size of the 1 st piston ring and the 1 st piston ring groove and the structure of cylinder,the problem of large blowby of the engine was effectively solved.
