浅析汽车发动机润滑系故障诊断与排除

随着汽车保有量的不断上升,汽车售后服务维修市场也在不断壮大,发动机润滑系的维修案例占据很大比例。发动机在工作过程中,很多零部件高速运转,零部件之间的配合间隙又小,如果没有良好的润滑就会出现磨损严重,造成配合间隙过大,严重的还会出现烧瓦抱轴等机械事故。本文就汽车发动机润滑系的常见故障及其诊断与排除的方法进行了简单的论述。

With the continuous increase in the number of cars,the automobile after-sales service and maintenance market continues to grow too,engine lubrication system maintenance cases occupy a large proportion.In the working process of the engine,many parts run at high speed,and the fit gap between the parts is very small.If there is no good lubrication,there will be serious wear,resulting in too large fit gap,serious still can appear to burn the bearing to hold the shaft and so on mechanical accident.In This paper,the common faults of automobile engine lubrication system and their diagnosis and removal are simply discussed.
