完整社区视角下古城老旧街巷空间活化更新设计——以襄阳市陈侯巷为例

The Design for the Activation and Renewal of Old Streets and Alleys in the Ancient Cities from the Perspective of Complete Communities: A Case of Chenhou Alley in Xiangyang

完整社区理论强调社区内的物质空间和精神空间的融合建设,旨在革新古城社区的老旧形象,同时为居民的日常生活指引新的方向。团队基于完整社区理论对陈侯巷进行调研分析,发现其街巷的断面空间类型较多样,人群活力较高,绿地率占比较大,但存在部分问题,如建筑立面风格不协调、景观绿植杂乱生长、缺乏必要的公共空间设计等。团队以高质量的完整社区为设计出发点,从街巷的立面改造、色彩营造、健康设施和整体联系等方面提出详细的策略,旨在全面提升社区街巷的空间活力,营造更加美好的城市公共空间。

The complete community theory emphasizes the integration of material space and spiritual space in the community,aiming at reforming the old image of the ancient city community and guiding new directions for the residents’ daily life. Based on the complete community theory, the team investigated and analyzed Chenhou alley, and found that there were various types of cross-section space in its streets and lanes, high crowd vitality and high greening rate. However, some existing problems include uncoordinated building facade style, disorderly growth of landscape greenery, lack of necessary public space design, and so on. Taking the high-quality and complete community as the design starting point, the team put forward detailed strategies from the aspects of elevation reconstruction, color creation, health facilities and overall connection of streets and alleys, aiming at comprehensively improving the spatial vitality of community streets and alleys and creating a better urban public space.
