历史文化街区的保护与更新研究——以上杭瓦子街为例

Study on the Protection and Renewal of Historical and Cultural Block: A Case of Wazi Street in Shanghang County

历史文化街区在城市发展过程中,逐渐形成独特的传统文化街区风貌,是城市传统文化和民俗风情的集中体现。由于城市化进程的迅速发展,国内许多城市出现了过度商业开发、仿古建筑、大拆大建、集中改造等破坏历史风貌的整治手法,因此城市中的历史文化街区迫切需要得到保护与更新。本文对福建省龙岩市上杭县瓦子街的保护与更新实践进行研究,通过背景研究、街区概况解析,提炼出保护更新思路,最终形成完整有效的保护更新策略。利用对瓦子街的保护更新策略,实行动态保护和有机更新相结合,力求形成具有在地特点的街区保护样板,为福建省历史文化街区建设添砖加瓦。

In the process of urban development, historical and cultural blocks have gradually formed a unique style of the traditional cultural blocks, which is a concentrated embodiment of urban traditional culture and folk customs. Due to the rapid development of the urbanization process, many cities in China have adopted the remediation techniques that destroy the historical style and features, such as excessive commercial development, antique buildings, large-scale demolition and construction, and centralized transformation. Therefore, the historical and cultural blocks in cities urgently need to be protected and renewed. This paper studies the protection and renewal practice of Wazi Street in Shanghang County,Longyan City, Fujian Province. Through background research and analysis on the street overview, the idea of protection and renewal is refined, and a complete and effective protection and renewal strategy is formed finally. Through the strategy of protection and renewal of Wazi Street, the combination of dynamic protection and organic renewal is carried out to form a block protection model with local characteristics and to contribute to the construction of historical and cultural blocks in Fujian Province.
