城市更新中地下空间规划的交通前置设计研究——以杭州市大城北示范区为例

Study on Traffic Pre-Design of Underground Space Planning in Urban Renewal: A Case of Dachengbei District in Hangzhou

针对城市更新区域地下空间规划存在的可利用土地零散、既有建筑与保护限制、潜在交通拥堵等突出问题,重点考虑地下空间开发的不可逆与难以更改的特征,本研究尝试将地下空间规划中的交通研究进行前置,在地下空间规划开展前进行地上及地下交通研究,理清区域交通情况,制定合理的区域交通发展策略,为后续区域地下空间规划提供依据和规模支撑,避免在城市地下空间建设中出现重大决策问题。

Aiming at the prominent problems, such as scattered available urban land, the existing buildings’ protection and traffic jam, considering the irreversibility and difficulty of underground development, the paper attempts to set up the traffic design in underground space planning in advance. Before the development of underground space planning, the paper studies the ground and underground traffic, clarifies the regional traffic situation, formulates reasonable regional traffic development strategies, and provides basis and scale support for subsequent regional underground space planning, so as to avoid major decision-making problems in the construction of urban underground space.
