城市更新中的建筑风貌研究——以温州公园路历史街区改造为例

Research on Architectural Style in Urban Renewal: A Case of the Reconstruction of Gongyuan Road Historical Block in Wenzhou

在时代迅速发展的推动下,建筑的风貌在逐渐发生变化,向着具有特色的方向前进。温州公园路历史街区结合其地理特点和自身的历史进行了特色的开发改造,本文结合“城市更新中的建筑风貌研究”对温州公园路历史街区改造进行分析,先从历史文化街区的现状和意义出发,针对温州公园路历史街区改造概况进行分析,结合现实情况,从实际出发,对本次城市更新中的建筑风貌进行研究。

Driven by the rapid development of the times, the architectural style is gradually changing and moving towards a characteristic direction. Combined with its geographical characteristics and its own history, Wenzhou Park Road historical block has carried out characteristic development and transformation.This paper analyzes the research on architectural style in urban renewal in combination with the transformation of wenzhou park road historical block. This paper starts from the current situation and significance of historical and cultural blocks, and analyzes the general reconstruction situation of Wenzhou Park Road historical block. Combining with the actual condition, the paper studies the architectural features in the urban renewal.
