山水优先导向下的城市居住区空间分布特征研究——以桂林市中心城区为例

Research on the Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Urban Residential District under the Orientation of Landscape Priority: A Case of the Downtown Area of Guilin

通过ArcGIS空间分析工具和实地调研,在探讨桂林市中心城区的生态绿地、山体和水体三种影响要素对城市居住区空间分布所起的引导与限制作用的基础上,分析桂林市中心城区中现有的817个城市居住区的空间分布特征。研究结果表明:桂林城市居住区的空间分布类型为凝聚型,分布特征为集聚性和不均衡性,呈“三核两带”的空间分布模式。基于研究结果,提出桂林城市居住区空间均衡发展的策略,实现人居环境的品质提升,推进桂林世界级旅游城市建设。

Based on the ArcGIS spatial analysis tools and field surveys, this paper analyzes the guiding and limiting effects of the ecological green space, mountains and water on the spatial distribution of urban residential areas in the downtown area of Guilin, and also the spatial distribution characteristics of 817 urban residential areas in the downtown area of Guilin. The research results show that the spatial distribution type of Guilin urban residential area is agglomeration type,and the distribution characteristics are agglomeration and unevenness,presenting a spatial distribution pattern of “three cores and two belts”.Based on the results of the research, the strategy for the balanced development of Guilin’s urban residential areas is proposed to improve the quality of the living environment and to promote the construction of a world-class tourist city in Guilin.
