基于GIS的近代历史建筑现状调查与可视化解读——以大连市西岗区为例

Investigation and Visual Interpretation on the Current Conditions of Modern Historical Buildings Based on GIS:A Case of Xigang District in Dalian

在申报历史文化名城政策导向和现实保护需求的背景下,为摸清大连市现存近代历史建筑数量与现状,对大连市西岗区近代历史建筑进行普查,统计并收集了377个近代历史建筑的基本信息。同时利用GIS技术建立小型数据库,进而通过历史地图叠加、核密度等方法对其分布特征进行探索,得到5个聚集程度较高的片区,并结合现状调查发现其保护状况不佳,最后对建筑的用途、风格、结构的分布状况进行可视化解读。

Under the background of declaring the policy orientation and realistic protection needs of historic city, in order to find out the number and current situation of the existing modern historical buildings in Dalian, a general survey was conducted on the modern historical buildings in Xigang District, Dalian City, and 377 basic information about the modern historical buildings was collected. At the same time, GIS technology is used to establish a small database,and then its distribution characteristics are explored with the methods of historical map overlay, nuclear density and other methods, and five areas with a higher degree of aggregation are obtained. In combination with the status survey, it is found that its protection status is poor. Finally, the use, style and structure of the building are visually interpreted.
