摘要
建筑信息模型技术广泛应用于工程项目设计、施工、运营维护等建筑全生命周期的各阶段,能够极大地提升建筑设计质量,符合当前建筑业高质量发展的要求。本文选取杭州海康威视总部四期项目为例,利用Revit设计软件,进行了协同设计、正向出图、数据统计等多个建筑信息模型应用实践研究,解决了项目设计和实施阶段的图纸准确性、三维可视化、净高控制、现场配合服务等技术问题,在为本项目带来良好效益的同时,总结了建筑信息模型相关的应用经验。
BIM Technology is widely used in various phases of the engineering projects, including design, construction and maintenance. BIM technology can greatly improve the quality of architectural design, and conforms to the requirements for the high quality development of the construction industry. Taking Hangzhou Hikvision phase IV project as an example, using Revit design software, the paper studies the application practice of several building information models, such as collaborative design, positive plotting, data statistics, etc., which solves the technical problems of drawing accuracy, 3D visualization, net height control, on-site coordination services, etc. in the project design and implementation stages. While bringing good benefits to the project, the paper also summarizes the application experience related to building information models.
