摘要
风电是能源结构转型的重要支撑,但是风电场的开发会导致一定生态破坏,特别是在南方丘陵地区,风电场建设区域基本上都具备良好的生态服务功能,但也是生态脆弱地带,开发建设活动将导致建设区域生态功能的降低。以某个开发建设存在问题的风电场为典型案例进行分析,突出了遥感与地理信息技术在风电项目建设和运营监管中的技术优势,指出风电场建设、监管存在的具体问题并就相关问题进行分析,并根据实际提出相关的对策建议。
Wind power is an important support for the transformation of the energy structure,but the development of wind farms will lead to certain ecological damage,especially in the hilly areas of southern China,where wind farms are built basically have good ecological service functions,but it is also a fragile ecological zone,development and construction activities will lead to the decline of regional ecological functions.Taking a wind farm with problems in its development and construction as a typical case,the technical advantages of remote sensing and geographic information technology in wind power project construction and operation supervision are highlighted,points out the concrete problems existing in wind farm construction and supervision,analyzes the related problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation.
