摘要
当下,随着水污染防治的不断推进与强化,我国的生物修复技术已在水污染防治方面受到了相当程度的关注并取得了不少研究成果。而在众多生物指标中,藻类作为评价水质的重要生物学指标和消除汞污染的良好生物富集剂,在汞胁迫下产生的生理响应及响应机制都将直接或间接指示出水体的受污程度和藻类在不同生境下对汞的生物富集效果等,这些都对汞污染水体的生物修复具有重要意义。由此,在分析总结当前汞胁迫下藻类生理生化特性的相关研究结果的基础上,主要阐述了汞胁迫下藻类的生理过程、生化反应等产生的生理响应及其响应机制的研究进展,并综述了藻类在汞污染水体生物修复领域中的应用。
At present,with the continuous advancement and strengthening of water pollution prevention and control,China’s bioremediation technology has received considerable attention and gained a lot of research achievements in water pollution prevention and control.Among many biological indicators,algae,as an important biological indicator for evaluating water quality and a good bioconcentrator for eliminating mercury pollution,will directly or indirectly indicate the pollution degree of water and the bioconcentration effect of algae on mercury in different habitats,which are of great significance for bioremediation of mercury-contaminated water.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the related research results of physiological and biochemical characteristics of algae under mercury stress,this paper mainly described the research progress of physiological response and response mechanism of algae under mercury stress,and reviewed the application of algae in bioremediation of mercury-polluted water.
