习近平总书记提出的“思政课的本质是讲道理”是一句科学论断。深刻理解该科学论断有三个重要的维度,即其依据是人的认识规律、思政课的任务、政治属性和改革创新等四个方面;其指向是要讲清楚马克思主义的科学真理、中国发展内含的基本原理、中华优秀传统文化蕴含的主要事理、为学为事为人的重要道理;其落实举措是做好“三深”、把道理讲深,做好“三善”、把道理讲透,做好“三用”、把道理讲活,用心讲道理、以心换心。

"The essence of ideological and political course is to speak the truth" by XI Jinping is a scientific conclusion.There are three important dimensions to understanding this scientific statement,Firstly,the bases of the scientific statement are the law of human cognition,the task of ideological and political course,political attribute and reform and innovation.Secondly,the points are to make clear the scientific truth of Marxism,the basic principles underlying China’s development,the main principles underlying China’s fine traditional culture,and the important principles of learning and doing and being a person.Thirdly,the measures to be taken are to do a good job in "three deep",to deeply speak the truth;to do a good job in "three good at",to thoroughly explain the truth,to do a good job in the "three uses",to lively speak the truth,to speak the truth with the heart,and to exchange heart with heart.
