基于文本挖掘的“一带一路”背景下广东商务英语人才需求分析与启示

Application of Text-Mining to the Analysis of Needs for Business English Talents in Guangdong and Its Inspirations in the Context of OBOR

在“一带一路”背景下,地方本科院校担负着为区域经济输送商英人才的社会责任,要完成这一使命,必须了解商英人才的社会需求情况,并根据社会需求制定人才培养方案。本文采用文本挖掘方法,从智联招聘网站采集了上万条广东商英招聘职位信息,分析广东商英人才社会需求情况,分析结果显示广东地区社会需求单位普遍重视外贸岗位人员的商务英语运用能力水平。基于这一分析结果,建议广东本科院校根据其性质、定位、特色制定个性化商英专业人才培养方案,强化商务英语运用能力的培养。

In the context of OBOR,local universities undertake the social responsibility of cultivating business English talents.To fulfill this responsibility,local universities have to know the social needs based on which cultivating programs are designed.This study employs text-mining method to collect tens of thousands of pieces of recruitment information by Guangdong companies from Zhaopin.com,analyzes the social needs for business English talents.The analysis results illustrate that foreign traders’ ability to apply business English is commonly emphasized in Guangdong.Thus,it is proposed that local universities design specific cultivating programs according to their own characteristics to strengthen the ability of applying business English.
