摘要
不同发展阶段面临不同矛盾,高等教育现代化实际是一个不断解决旧矛盾、迎接新矛盾的动态发展过程。外延发展与内涵发展既是高等教育现代化必然要面对的矛盾统一体,也是推进高等教育现代化的两种不同发展观。当前,我国高等教育已经越过大众化阶段,进入普及化的新时代,面临从生产到消费、从标准到特色、从规模到质量的多重关系矛盾新挑战。普及化时代的高等教育现代化需充分回应这种矛盾变化的新要求,在价值取向、动力机制、内容重心等方面做出及时调整,以期实现内涵发展,办好人民满意的高等教育。
Facing different contradictions in different stages,higher education modernization is a dynamic process of constantly solving old contradictions and meeting new ones.Its denotative and connotative development are an inevitable contradictory unity and as well two different development viewpoints in promoting higher education modernization.Currently,China has witnessed the change from the mass higher education to universal access,facing the new contradictions of production and consumption,standards and characteristics,scale and quality.The higher education modernization in the era of its universal access needs to meet the new demands and challenges by making adjustments in value orientation,dynamic mechanism,content focus and so on,so as to accomplish the connotative development and satisfy the people.
