摘要
中青年教师是我国高校教师群体的中坚力量,其教学能力高低决定着我国高等人才的培养质量。通过构建高校教师教学能力评价体系,可以建构基于层次分析法(AHP)确定权重的综合评价法,以评估江苏高校中青年教师的教学能力。实证表明:江苏高校中青年教师教学能力良好,具有较大的提升空间。教学能力的四个构成维度中,重要性从高到低分别为教学基本素养、教学组织能力、教学发展能力和教学学术能力,得分从高到低分别为教学组织能力、教学学术能力、教学基本素养、教学发展能力。依据评估结果,可以从四个方面实施中青年教师教学能力的提升策略。
Young and middle-aged teachers are the backbone of China’s university teachers,whose teaching ability determines the quality of higher-level talents.On the basis of literature research,a college teachers’teaching ability evaluation system is constructed,proposing the comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight.With the data of 211 questionnaires,the teaching ability of the young and middle-aged teachers in the universities of Jiangsu province is evaluated.The results show the good teaching ability of the teachers concerned while a relatively large space for improvement still exists.The four components of teaching ability rank in importance from high to low as basic teaching literacy,teaching organization ability,teaching development ability and teaching research ability,and the scores rank from high to low as teaching organization ability,teaching research ability,basic teaching literacy and teaching development ability.On the basis of the results,we can take measures to improve the teaching ability of the young and middle-aged teachers from four aspects.
