大学生思想政治教育目标实践状况的实证研究——基于A大学的个案调查与分析

An Empirical Study on the Practice of University Ideological and Political Education Goals

思想政治教育目标反映了思想政治教育的本质和方向,是对受教育者包括思想政治素质在内的综合素质的一种期望和规定,体现了理论与实践之间的张力。以浙江省A大学的大一学生为对象,编制和发放《关键事件调查问卷》,研究当前大学生思想政治教育目标的实践状况。调查发现,以大学生素质内容为标准,大学生对综合素质的认识体现出明显的差异性;从形式上看,不同性别的学生对于综合素质的关注情况具有相似性。大学生价值观功利化和犬儒色彩明显,学校教育改革进程缓慢,是实现思想政治教育目标的两大阻碍。高校作为思想政治教育的主要阵地,贯彻落实思想教育目标的有效路径主要包括:更新教育理念,加强价值观教育;优化教育系统,全方位多角度形成合力;深化教学改革,提升高校思政课教学的实效性。

The goal of ideological and political education reflects the essence and direction of ideological and political education.It is an expectation and regulation of the comprehensive quality of the educated,including ideological and political quality,and reflects the tension between theory and practice.Taking the freshmen of A University in Zhejiang Province as the object,we compiled and distributed the Critical Events Questionnaire to study the practice of ideological and political education objectives of university students.It is found that,based on the quality content of university students,university students have obviously diversified understanding of comprehensive quality,and that students of different genders have similar concerns about comprehensive quality in terms of the form.The two major obstacles for realizing the goal of ideological and political education include the utilitarianism and cynicism of university students’values and the slow progress in school education reform.As the main position of ideological and political education,universities must update their educational ideas and strengthen value education,optimize the education system,and deepen the teaching reform and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching.
