新冠疫情期间高校线上教学效果及其影响因素研究——基于对福建省5所高校的调查 被引量:7

摘要 新冠疫情防控期间,为保障广大师生生命安全,线上教学多有开展。通过对福建省5所高校师生线上教学效果满意度及其影响因素的调查,建构多元逐步回归模型,从教师和学生两个角度分析线上教学实施效果及其影响因素。结果显示:线上教学效果良好,师生满意度整体较高;从学生视角看,对教学效果产生影响的因素由大到小分别是:教学设计、教学方式、教学案例、教师备课、课程重难点、课程电子资源、批改作业与线上答疑;从教师视角看,对教学效果产生影响的因素由大到小分别是:学生完成的课后作业和单元测试、学生课堂互动频率、到课率、学生课堂提问质量、智能化教学工具的功能,据此可从学校、教师和学生层面分别提出措施以进一步提升线上教学的效果。 During the COVID-19 pandemic,in order to protect the lives of teachers and students,universities implement online teaching.Based on the investigation of the online teaching effect and its influencing factors among teachers and students in five universities in Fujian,a multiple stepwise regression model is constructed.It is found that the online teaching effect is good and that the overall satisfaction of teachers and students is high.On the part of the students,the factors affecting teaching effect rank in importance from high to low as teaching design,teaching modes,teaching cases,teachers’lesson preparation,key and difficult points of the course,electronic resources of the course,homework evaluation and online question and answer.On the part of the teachers,the factors affecting teaching effect rank in importance from high to low as:students’after-class work and unit quizzes,classroom interaction frequency,attendance,quality of the students’questions in class,the function of the smart teaching tools.Based on the above results,measures can be taken from the aspects of schools,teachers and students to further improve the effect of online teaching.
