基于大数据平台构建市级医院临床医师绩效评价体系的思考 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于大数据综合管理平台,探索在医院集团层面,从促进公立医院高质量发展出发,构建符合现代医院管理制度和公立医院绩效考核要求的市级医院临床医师绩效评价体系。方法:对现有申康人力资源平台和医联平台的人力数据和临床业务数据进行整合、对接、采集和标准化处理,构建基于大数据分析的市级医院临床医师绩效评价指标体系。结果:拟构建包括工作指标、质量指标、病种指标、费用指标、结构指标、满意度指标和国家政策指标等在内的7个维度15大类共计35小类的临床医师绩效评价指标体系,对市级医院临床医师的综合绩效进行分类评价,在一定范围内定期开展横、纵向比较和排序,并通过大数据综合管理平台直接写实呈现。结论:市级医院临床医生绩效评价体系选取了具有代表性、可量化的若干指标,通过大数据综合管理平台将医师的执业行为可视化,将为深化临床医师评价奠定了基础。 Objective:Based on the comprehensive management platform of big data,to explore at the hospital group level,from the perspective of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,to build a clinical physician performance evaluation system in municipal hospitals that meets the requirements of modern hospital management system and public hospital performance assessment.Methods:Integrate,connect,collect and standardize the human data and clinical business data of the existing Shenkang human resources platform and the medical alliance platform,and build a performance evaluation index system for clinicians in municipal hospitals based on big data analysis.Results:It is proposed to build a clinician performance evaluation index system with 15 categories in 7 dimensions,including work indicators,quality indicators,disease indicators,cost indicators,structural indicators,satisfaction indicators,and national policy indicators,totaling 35 subcategories.The comprehensive performance of clinicians in municipal hospitals is classified and evaluated,and horizontal and vertical comparisons and rankings are regularly carried out within a certain range,and are presented directly and realistically through the big data comprehensive management platform.Conclusion:Several representative and quantifiable indicators are selected for the clinician performance evaluation system in municipal hospitals,and the visualization of physicians?practice behavior through the big data integrated management platform will lay a foundation for deepening the evaluation of clinicians.
