基于文献计量分析法的远程医疗医联体建设研究分析

Research and analysis on the construction of telemedicine Medical Cluster based on bibliometric analysis

目的:利用文献分析法探析医联体建设现状与发展状态,为进一步完善医联体建设、促进优质医疗资源均衡发展提供参考。方法:在中国知网、万方、维普数据库中检索2012-2021年国内学者发表的有关远程医疗医联体建设的相关文献,对所获取文献进行分析。结果:共纳入1122篇中文文献,文献覆盖全国20余个省、市、自治区,发文数量最多为上海。结论:医联体建设正在高速发展阶段,中文文献数量逐年递增,但是没有形成有效的专家研究团队,大多都是以医疗机构或者医学院校为背景进行研究;对远程医疗助力医联体建设在政策支持、发展持续、人员配置以及医联体机构之间的管理研究相对缺乏,需进一步探索和研究。

Objective:To analyze the current situation and development status of my country?s Medical Cluster construction by means of literary analysis,and to provide a reference for further improving my country?s Medical Cluster construction and promoting the expansion and balanced development of high-quality medical resources.Methods:Analysis of the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP were searched for the literature published by Chinese experts and scholars in the past 10 years from 2012 to 2021 on the construction of telemedicine Medical Cluster.Results:A total of 1122 Chinese literature were included,covering more than 20 provinces,cities,and autonomous regions across the country,with the largest number of published articles in Shanghai.Conclusion:The construction of the Medical Cluster in my country is in the stage of rapid development.The number of Chinese documents is increasing year by year,but there is no effective expert research team.Most of them are based on the background of medical structures or medical colleges.Policy support,development sustainability,staffing,and management research between Medical Cluster institutions are lacking,and further exploration and research are needed.
