某受援地医务人员与患者远程医疗使用意愿及影响因素研究

Research on the willingness and factors influencing the use of telemedicine by medical personnel and patients in recipient areas

目的:通过调查分析浙江对口支援那曲市医务人员和患者对远程医疗服务的使用意愿和影响因素,为改进卫生对口援助工作提供参考。方法:对2021年1~12月在那曲市体验过远程医疗服务的医务人员和患者进行使用意愿调查,通过单因素和多因素分析影响医务人员和患者对其使用意愿的因素。结果:调查对象中,71.01%的医务人员愿意继续使用远程医疗,学历、软硬件设施满意度、服务流程满意度、激励措施、医务人员技术提升满意度是远程医疗使用意愿的影响因素(P<0.05);82.95%的患者愿意继续使用远程医疗,学历、软硬件设施满意度、服务态度满意度、病情阐述满意度、沟通指导能力满意度和检查治疗方案满意度是影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:建议从改进远程医疗软硬件设施、改善服务流程、建立激励机制以及增加医疗知识讲解等方面提升医务人员使用意愿;从改善远程医疗软硬件设施、改善服务态度满意度和提高沟通指导能力满意度方面提升患者使用意愿,从而切实提高远程医疗在对口援助工作中的应用效用。

Objective:Investigate and analyze the willingness of medical personnel and patients to use telemedicine services and the influencing factors of Zhejiang?s counterpart support in Naqu,to provide the reference for improving health counterpart assistance.Methods:Medical personnel and patients who had experienced telemedicine services in Naqu were surveyed from January to December 2021,on their willingness to use telemedicine,and factors affecting their willingness to use telemedicine were analyzed by univariate and multivariate statistical methods.Results:Among the survey respondents,71.01%of medical personnel were willing to continue using telemedicine,and education,satisfaction with hardware and software facilities,satisfaction with the service process,incentives,and satisfaction with medical personnel’s technical improvement were the influencing factors of willingness to use telemedicine(P<0.05);82.95%of patients were willing to continue to use telemedicine,and education,satisfaction with hardware and software facilities,satisfaction with a service attitude,satisfaction with disease elaboration,satisfaction with communication and guidance ability,and satisfaction with examination and treatment plan were influential factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is recommended to improve the willingness of medical personnel to use telemedicine in terms of improving telemedicine hardware and software facilities,improving service flow,establishing incentive mechanisms,and increasing medical knowledge explanation;and improve the willingness of patients to use telemedicine in terms of improving telemedicine hardware and software facilities,improving satisfaction with a service attitude and improving satisfaction with communication and guidance ability,so as to effectively improve the utility of telemedicine application in counterpart assistance work.
