In his early years, Lyv Fengzi started with metal inscriptions and stone inscriptions in calligraphic style, “even and straight” as his main features. In the prime of his life, he created his own “Feng style calligraphy”, which is unique in the modern calligraphy world. In his late years, the calligraphic style was attributed to “Shulang”. Lyv Fengzi is not only a master of traditional stele inscriptions, but also a pioneer of modern calligraphy art forms.
