全自动石墨消解—石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定农田土壤中铅和镉 被引量:2

摘要 采用全自动石墨消解仪四酸消解农田土壤样品,选择0.05%的氯化钯为基体改进剂,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中的铅和镉。结果表明:检出限、精密度、准确度、加标回收均满足质量控制要求,可为大批量农田土壤中铅和镉的测定提供可靠途径。 The farmland samples were digested with four acids by full-automatic graphite digester, 0.05% palladium chloride was selected as matrix modifier, and lead and cadmium in the samples were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the detection limit, precision, accuracy and standard addition recovery all met the quality control requirements, and could provide a reliable way for the determination of lead and cadmium in large quantities of farmland.
