基于“络息成积”探讨通络法防治子宫肌瘤的机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 络息成积是各类癥积关键病机的代名词,而子宫肌瘤作为妇科癥积的典型代表,同样适用于从络息成积角度探讨。子宫肌瘤的病位主在胞宫之络,“瘀血留滞为标,正气不足为本”为其病机之要,“易滞易瘀,积而成形”的病理特点与络病特征相似。鉴于此,治疗子宫肌瘤秉承“络以通为用”的根本治则,依据病程进展辅以“活血祛瘀”及“扶正补虚”法。本文基于“络息成积”探讨通络法防治子宫肌瘤的机制,以期丰富对子宫肌瘤病因病机和临床诊疗的认识,为中医药防治子宫肌瘤提供依据。 Luo Xi Cheng Ji, which means pathogens accumulate in collateral to form disease, is a synonymous of the key pathogenesis of various masses or lumps in TCM. Uterine fibroids, as a typical representative disease of gynecological masses, is also applicable to Luo Xi Cheng Ji. The main disease location is in the collateral of uterus. ‘Blood stasis being the manifestation, and deficient vital-Qi being the root’ is the key to the pathogenesis. The pathological characteristics of ‘being liable to stagnation and stasis, accumulating to form mass’ is similar to the characteristics of collateral disease. In view of this, the treatment of uterine fibroids adheres to the fundamental treatment principle of ‘activating collateral’, supplemented by the methods of ‘promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis’ and ‘reinforcing vital-Qi and invigorating deficiency’ according to the progress of the disease. This article explored the mechanism of Tongluo(activating collateral) method to prevent and treat uterine fibroids based on Luo Xi Cheng Ji, in order to enrich the understanding of etiology, pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids, and it provided a basis for the prevention and treatment of uterine fibroids with TCM therapies.
