探讨中医针药“脑肠同调”论治中风病

Exploring TCM in Treating Stroke Based on ‘Brain-Gut Homeostasis’

肠道微生物群是西医学的重大创新之一,近年来研究者们对肠道微生物群及其对急、慢性疾病的影响进行了更全面和更深入的研究,包括神经系统疾病。近几年的研究证实,肠道微生物群与神经系统之间关联密切,特别是大脑和肠道之间的双向沟通会影响一些急性神经系统疾病的风险因素和结果,及“肠脑同调”理论。运用“脑肠同调”指导中医辨证论治,临床疗效显著。本文基于“肠道微生物群-脑轴”在中风(脑卒中)中的病理生理学最新研究进展,探讨中医针灸辨证论治中风。

Gut microbiota is one of the major innovations in modern medicine,and it has conducted more comprehensive and in-depth studies on gut microbiota and its effects on acute and chronic diseases,including neurological disorders.Many studies have shown a close association between gut microbiota and nervous system.In particular,this bidirectional communication between brain and gut,and the‘gut-brain homeostasis’theory can affect a number of acute neurological disorders.The clinical efficacy of TCM treatment guided by‘brain-gut homeostasis’is remarkable based on syndrome differentiation.This study discussed the differentiation and treatment of stroke in TCM based on the latest research progress of pathophysiology of‘intestinal microbiota-brain axis’in the disease.
