加强二级学院教学管理 助推“双高”建设目标实现 被引量:1

摘要 在“双高计划”建设背景下,高职院校应立足管理的实际,直面二级学院教学管理模式的痛点——院校关系不顺、二级学院活力不足、教学管理效能不足等。为提高高职院校的人才培养质量,实现职业高等教育内涵式发展,应充分利用“大智移云”时代信息技术,改革传统的二级学院教学管理模式,利用制度安排为二级学院的发展嵌入能够促其自我成长、自我更新且具有活力的有效管理机制,全面提升高职院校的办学质量水平,助推“双高”建设目标顺利实现。 In the context of “Double High-level” construction, higher vocational institutes should face the core pain spots of the teaching management mode of secondary schools based on the actual management practice, such as the less smooth relationship between colleges and their secondary schools, less vitality of secondary schools, and the less efficient teaching management.To improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational institutes and realize the connotation-based development of higher vocational education, the information technology applied in the era of “big data, intelligent technology, Internet and cloud computing” should be put in full use at present to reform the traditional teaching management mode of secondary schools, and some systematic layout should be made for embedding effective dynamic managing systems which can be self-grown and self-upgraded into the development of secondary schools, for the purpose of improving the educational quality of higher vocational institutes.
