摘要
根据连铸钢坯的切割工艺参数、切割损失和用户要求,运用迭代算法、多目标优化等方法,可建立迭代切割组合模型、在线切割和二次离线切割模型以及按计划长度优化模型,并得到不同用户要求下尾坯连铸切割的不同最优方案。该最优切割方案不仅适用于钢坯切割,同样适用于其他材料的切割。
According to the cutting process parameters and cutting loss of continuous casting billets as well as users’ requirements, such methods as iterative algorithm and multi-objective optimization can be applied to establish the iterative cutting combination model, the online cutting & secondary offline cutting model and the optimization model according to the planned length.With these methods, different optimal schemes of continuous casting cutting for tail-billets according to different users’ requirements can be obtained.This optimal cutting scheme is suitable for not only billet cutting but also other materials.
