摘要
缓解校园静态管理期间大学生的不良情绪是当前疫情防控工作的重要内容。问卷调查研究发现,由于学生活动受限、生活习惯发生变化,加之整体环境紧张、情绪宣泄渠道减少,导致学生群体中出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁、敌对情绪。将心理健康教育与德育、封闭式校园文化建设、家庭教育有机融合,有助于增强大学生的心理免疫力、提高学生的心理健康水平、健全人格。
To relieve undergraduates’ unhealthy mentality and emotions is an important content of current epidemic prevention & control work.As a result, Anhui Vocational College of Defense Technology has done a psychological investigation in the form of questionnaire, and do statistics on 100 random questionnaires.The results show that these undergraduates change their living habits because of their restricted activities, and the channels for giving vent to their feelings decrease and their negative feelings increase, which leads to anxiety, depression and hostility at different degrees.During the actual work, in order to strengthen undergraduates’ “psychological immunity”,it is conducive to nurturing a more healthy psychological level, a more sound personality and a more positive mentality for them to organically combine mental health education with moral education, campus culture construction in an enclosed situation and family education.
