摘要 面对国家大力推进职业技术大学建设的发展机遇,高职院校要抢抓先机,紧盯问题导向,主动找差距、查原因、补不足、求发展,超前做好转型准备。教师队伍作为教育工作的核心力量,更要优先建设、快速发展,从而提升未来职业技术大学的综合实力。高职院校应当研究并分析师资队伍现状和未来教学科研队伍的发展需求,思考并制定相应的队伍建设措施,以求对职业技术本科大学建设起到促进作用。 Facing national vigorous promotion of the construction of vocational and technical colleges, higher vocational institutes should seize this opportunity to make positive action on discovering the problems and the reasons behind, bridging the gap and making preparation work on the coming transformation beforehand so as to secure further development.As a key force for education work, the construction of teaching staff should be a priority for its rapid growth.As a result, the comprehensive strength of vocational and technical colleges can be promoted in the future.Higher vocational institutes should study and analyze the current situation and future growth requirements concerning teaching and researching staff, and think about and draw up the corresponding measures on cultivating teaching staff with view to promoting the construction of 4-year vocational and technical colleges.
